STABL3D provides a Linear Stability Theory (LST) solver for the analysis of boundary layer stability and transition prediction in fully three-dimensional flows as well as being able to analyze the more simple 2D and axisymmetric flows.
STABL3D includes full thermochemical nonequilibrium effects in both the laminar mean flow and in the boundary layer stability analysis.
STABL3D comes with a modern graphical user interface that runs on Linux workstations for problem analysis and setup.
The linear stability solver runs in parallel on workstations and scales well to large compute clusters.
